Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order, allowing you to try Neupril with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, you'll need to ship the product back to us. Once we receive it, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Neupril, less a $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges/duties paid are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

For lost or damaged shipments, we're happy to send a replacement but are unable to issue a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific order.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value product.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at [email protected].

Cancellations
You have 60 minutes after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After this window, orders cannot be modified or canceled as they are already being processed for shipment.


Subscriptions
Canceling an order does not cancel your subscription. To cancel or manage your subscription, please log into your account portal here—it only takes a few clicks. Because we make it easy to cancel anytime through your account portal, we cannot offer refunds for subscription charges if you forget to cancel before your renewal date.
